Payment Options

All orders must be prepaid in full when the order is placed. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard payments over the phone, in-store, and online. We do not accept checks, cash, or wire transfers for any online orders.

Delivery Fees & Policy

Our shop delivers to the following areas: Mendham, Chester, Morristown, Randolph, Basking Ridge, Far Hills, Bernardsville, and Long Valley. The delivery charges range between $12-$18. All arrangements are hand-delivered and delivery charges are non-negotiable nor refundable. We do not hide delivery costs within the price of the product to provide full value and the fairest prices to cash and carry customers.

For deliveries to residential addresses, please remember to provide a phone number of the recipient. Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will either be left outside (given appropriate weather conditions), or with a neighbor. If it is not possible to leave the arrangement, we will advise the recipient (with a phone call or a door tag) that the flowers will be held for pick up at Mendham Flower Shop.

During winter and summer seasons where the outside temperature is under 35 degrees Fahrenheit or over 75 degrees Fahrenheit, Mendham Flower Shop reserves the right to call the recipient prior to delivery (at the number provided) to ensure someone will be present to accept the arrangement(s) unless otherwise instructed. (This saves the flowers' life!)

Local delivery orders must be received before 2 PM in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day delivery. We will try our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee delivery requests for specific times of the day.

We are closed on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Sunday exceptions on certain holidays- please give us a call or check our website for Sunday deliveries and store hours.

Due to quality control and safety purposes, please understand that we do not combine or deliver any items, packages, or gifts from outside vendors. 

We are unable to accept international orders at this time.

Substitution Policy

We will always do our best to use the flowers shown in the pictures on our website. However, substitutions may be necessary due to the unavailability of certain flowers and the perishable nature of the product, Mendham Flower Shop reserves the right to substitute flowers in these cases. We will not sacrifice the look, style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement and will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.  

Return & Refund Policy

As flowers are perishable goods and all items are made-to-order, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Mendham Flower Shop, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement/item you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we may have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

All silk and dried flower arrangements are also non-refundable as they are made to order as well. We are aware of the delicate nature of these items and therefore, we put in a lot of time, supplies, and care into packing the product to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

All of our users’ credit card information is securely communicated through Shopify, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions.
